Job Description - Responsible in handling company's recruitment from screening until final stage including company's Psychology Test using tools.- Responsible in company internal training arrangement and monthly compensation benefit.- Support company tax pph21 for Payroll.- Using daily HR System and Microsoft Excel for daily task.- Supporting Manager for other task.- Other responsibilities as needed Job Requirement ・Bachelor's degree from Psychology ・2 years of experience as HR specializing in Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit from Manufacture.・Business English proficiency.・Experienced in using Psychology Test tools.
